Food was nice except for the recommended starter (mussels) which I bit into and was actually still frozen. When I told the waitress (I presume she was the owner), she told me to try another one to see if it was all of them. When she returned, she explained that one was larger than the rest, as if this justifies serving frozen meat. I actually would expect for a recommended starter to not be frozen in the first place.
Later on when she was serving out mains, she asked who had the ribs with the salad and my wife said all 3 of us and the waitress shouted at her as there were 2 salads and a veg.

first time in Los Verdes and what can I say from start to finish the attention to detail is second to none. the waitress Jade was very accommodating and made sure we was happy and enjoying our meal and making sure we was ok for drinks. you didn't feel.rushed.and you can tell the food was made to order every mouthful was tasty and was fresh. I went along to los verdes during a friend's trip on August the 8th 2025. We were welcomed in by a lovely waitress who was very attentive throughout the evening. I ordered a fillet steak medium done and I have to say it's the best steak I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection and I devoured it. My partner had the garlic chicken and he said it was delicious 😋. Thank you very much to the Los Verdes team for having us. I would definitely return and highly recommend the restaurant to anyone...
