EXCELLENT food, service and atmosphere! I'd leave 10 stars if I could...Christophe gave us an excellent explanation of the dishes and Jeff, Christophe, and the staff were wonderfully attentive and the food: delicious! Tenia bones referencies de La Boigdega i, comentar, que les vaig confirmar. Situat en el senzill front marítim de Colera, disposa d’una terrassa en zona peatonal, tranquil·la, amb taules baixes i algunes d’altes però còmodes i que, possiblement, tenen la millor vista al mar degut al desafortunat mur que dona a la platja. El parament de les taules és senzill però suficient. El servei molt amable, per part dels 2 propietaris i un cambrer. Amb la carta reps explicacions completes de les diferents tapes per part del propietari. La carta està separada per les amanides, peixos, carns, formatges i postres. Com deia, explicacions àmplies perquè els plats tenen condimentacions variades que els fa molt atractius. En aquesta ocasió vam seleccionar 4 platets tots compartits. D’inici una burrata amb carpaccio de paraguaios, deliciosa una refrescant. Seguidament un paté francès cassolà bo, un lobster roll correctíssim i per acabar uns “tacos” de porc a l’estil oriental, francament molt ben amanits i molt bons de sabor. What a great place! The Poke Bowl was super delicious and so different from other Poke Bowls. The chocolate cake was the best cake I‘ve ever had. A mix of hot cake and brownie, delicious!
