My family & I were looking forward to our lunch here as we were pleasantly surprised by how near and good reviews it had been given. The actual restaurant is very modern, stylish and inviting. But, on arrival we were seated at not well cleaned tables and chairs that were still with residues of food which were obviously from either the previous clients or from what they had cleaned off the table and not checked. Detail to attention which were sadly missed and not a good impression or start. My daughter served a glass that had somthing stuck on the rim before we noticed ended up in her drink. The service from start to finish compleat mess. Served by various people and unfortunately this resulted in no one paying any interest or attention; asking one person for something and having to re-ask another. I certainly got the impression that the service better organised and needed to be more customer friendly. A smile wouldn't go a miss! They all seemed highly stressed and tense. The food was presented lovely but yet again certain food that was such a disappointment. We order the pulpo con mayonnaise and pimenton. They had put an overwhelming amount of pimenton therfore that was all you could taste. Scallops were so over cooked it was difficult to prize it from the shell and for some reason smothered in overcooked/ burnt bits of garlic; that overwhelmed any chance of tasting the scallop. A taste of small slices of desserts...looks lovely, but yet I have no idea what type of cheese they put in to make their cheesecake but it was shockingly inedible. Fish was my main course, fresh from the sea, moist, and simply delicious. Can't go wrong here. I ended the meal with the tarta de santiago and expresso, and in between had a glass.of red wine, all for 44 euros including tax and tip. Read moreTeníamos ganas de ir a este restaurante y hoy domingo 21/9/2025 ha sido el día. Hemos llamado y nos han reservado una mesa para comer dentro, pero también tienen terraza. Tienen una carta muy extensa en cuanto a entrantes fríos y calientes, marisco, carnes y pescados. La carta de vinos 🍷 muy variada y de calidad superior. Nosotros para comer hemos pedido, ostras(2 gallegas y 2 francesas),cocochas al ajillo, 2 cigalas a la plancha, ensalada de tomates 🍅 con salazones y encurtidos y como principal paletilla al horno(súper tierna por dentro y torradita por fuera)acompañada de patatas(un sabor y textura riquísima), pan gallego con una buena miga y tomate y ajo. Para beber cerveza y agua y para terminar milhoja caramelizada con crema de limón,( me ha encantado el puntito acido del limón que combina perfectamente con el dulce del resto de ingredientes)y merengue,acompañado de dos cortados. Estaba todo riquisimo, es difícil poder elegir ya que como he comentado la carta es muy extensa y todo tiene pinta de estar delicioso. El restaurante es bastante acogedor, buen ambiente. Quiero hacer una mención al equipo de camareros que han sido súper atentos, especialmente a Javi "el gallego", que ha sido quien nos ha atendido en mesa, muy amable,cercano, y muy profesional,nos ha hecho varias recomendaciones muy acertadas.
