We’ve had mixed feelings about this place as we’ve been coming to the beach for almost 30 years through multiple generations of the family. The place is beautiful, the drinks/food equally. The issue is the nature of the staff, they unfortunately exude work place stress which is filtered down to us. Customer service is almost none existent and besides Marta I am yet to be smiled at by a member of staff. I feel like the staff are doing me a favour every time I ask for anything, even a table upon arrival. This year (2021) we have been served by Marta who has offered us fantastic service, treated us like family and made us want to return. We love Los Banos and the only reason we would return is for Marta, she has offered the most professional service by far. I would recommend everyone to ask for Marta should they come, it genuinely changed the perception we had...

We recently had an incredible experience that truly exemplified what Denia has to offer. My husband and I relocated here from the United States several months ago, and we've always enjoyed our visits to this charming town. Last week, we welcomed friends from the U.S. and knew without a doubt that this was the perfect place to show them around.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server, Daniel, was attentive and genuinely enthusiastic, going above and beyond to meet all our needs. The decor was beautifully curated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented our dining experience.

But the star of the show was undeniably the food. Each dish was not just a meal but a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. The entire experience, from the delightful ambiance to the top-notch service and exquisite cuisine, made for a memorable evening that we know our friends...

September 2021: Had always very good food and visited (also some friends) the Los Banos Sunshine Bar since years - several times a year. But this summer was crazy, quality good but not to get a place and very unfriendly rude staff. Wanted to wait for place or to reserve for a bit later - "no, we have no place" (in Spanish), big problem that they don't speak English ... unfriendly again and now concentrated just to Spanish guests, not anymore interested in others. And it is really not clean there (toilets) and some people put their legs/feet on the chairs and tables, waiters do not tell them to be more polite. Very nearsighted. You lost some guests., Juni 2022: Again not all are part of the professional staff, but most are very friendly! And it is really wonderful to eat there, top quality, great ambience and one of the best sangrias ever! Take care and please...
