Great spot with great service-Sept 2021 2022- Downgraded my review after staff not concerned when a customer came and sat behind me playing his own music very load spoiling the whole experience The staff just accepted he could do what he wanted Maybe that is why they never bothered checking COVID Cert for indoor dining the day before !! July 2022 - Just read recent reviews after another trip to the area -What a shame the manager / owner is not bothered about customer service -Great location terrible service Normally have at least one lunch / Dinner on a trip to the area but not this time - if they can’t serve you a drink no hope on getting food !!

Fuimos a cenar 4 personas , hemos pedido varios entrantes y primeros , nos llegó todo junto. La ensalada pasada , los tomates maduros para tirarlo ( que hemos devuelto ) . La pizza estaba rica , la hamburguesa estaba rica ( pero tenía las lechugas pasadas y el tomate lo mismo y para rematar las hamburguesas venía con patatas fritas , entre medio de las patatas fritas , había un pedacito de estropajo … si si , con lo cual no comimos tampoco las patatas . La verdad mala experiencia no volvemos más !!!!!!!!! Si usted es el dueño de este restaurante , tiene que ver a sus trabajadores , por si es verdad le puse que la pizza estaba rica y que la hamburguesa también , pero adentro de la hamburguesa estaba la lechuga y el tomate igual que la ensalada , tomates pasados y malos y lechuga pocha y fea ….. y tiene que ver las fotos que le puse en la web , foto número 1 el tomate y la lechuga en mal estado ( que el lugar no es barato para tener esas calidades ) y foto número 2 ahí está el pedacito de estropajo o viruta de lavar platos de metal que estaba entremedio de las patatas fritas , eso usted , lo ve normal ??? Si hubiera podido no le hubiera puesto ni una estrella ….. y ya le dijo mire a sus trabajadores , que nosotros estábamos enfrente del lugar donde hacen las pizzas y hemos visto como dos camareros estaban metiendo el dedo en las pizzas sacando no sé qué ? Y llevándolo como si no pasara nada a la mesa de un comensal , eso no se hace …. Ahora entiende por que le puse 1 estrella ??? Y sii ! Aveces es mejor comer en mi casa que dejar dinero en un lugar donde no te atienden bien ! Gracias y que tenga un buen día !!!!

Had a great pasta meal. Excellent friendly and efficient service. Great location and view if you set outside at front. Great value. Only weakness was the coffee, both a cortado and an Americano were pretty bad, which was surprising as they have a fantastic machine, maybe we just got a bad maker. Won’t stop me going back as they have lots in the menu to try. Oh! and the Tiramisu is fantastic…

I only review places that I find very special. And Ralph's is just as special. The waiter was a nice guy and it stops there. You'd regret it if you order a Greek salad and the spinach raviolis. Unless, of course, you like food with EXCESS oil and NO salt that you can taste the dirt in the spinach (which tasted like canned spinach and that ain't good). You'd also be surprised at how someone can mess up a salad. The Greek salad was only Greek because they put Feta cheese. But the quantity of cherry tomatoes (🤔🤔🤔) was not enough given the size of the plate, the cucumber was cut so thin you couldn't stick the fork in it and I have never seen anyone use so much lettuce (with inedible parts of it). The gnnochis were quite tasty but that was it. I would NOT recommend eating there. The space is nice but the food is NOT. I hope they make some good changes to improve the...

I am a regular customer at Ralph's in the morning for their toasts and very friendly staff. However, the two times that I have tried to have dinner has been a disaster. The first time I ordered their speciality of the house, buttered squid, it was inedible. The combination of flavours was just appalling. I thought it was just bad luck and a few weeks later we tried it again......Oh no! I don't even want to think about, but we paid and left before the third plate even arrived. The 1 star is mainly for the food, the products don't seem to be fresh. I feel sorry for the waitresses that are splendid at their job and the place has a great atmosphere. Well, only breakfast...
