Meson el raffael — Restaurant in el Fondó de les Neus / Hondón de las Nieves

I would like to make an apology to this, restaurant. I made a review a few weeks ago expressing my delight of having this restaurant in my village. Without doubt the best restaurant in the area. Friendly staff. Excellent service and great food. However I inadvertently only gave them one star. I thought I had pressed all five. I would now like to correct that mistake and send in this review with all five stars. I am so sorry as I hear my previous rating had affected their ratings. I truly hope this makes...

I ordered Lamb and asked for it to be cooked medium - too my surprise it came to the table raw and I was unable to cut the meat . Also ordered a steak to be cooked well done - too my surprise it came to the table rare with blood . Complained to the manager and she said “ shall I cook it again!!!!!!!’ disgusting response . Won’t be coming here AGAIN......... hope I’m not ill...

First time we have been to this restaurant & it will definitely not be the last time .. ambiance, service, food , value the whole experience was 5* .. The starter was a fabulous introduction to the quality of food . we had steak for our mains & it was cooked to perfection. The apple pie dessert was to die for .. I couldn’t recommend this...
