La Vista — Restaurant in el Poble Nou de Benitatxell / Benitachell

I had a meal at La Vista at the weekend and as I am a regular there, I noticed that the restaurant is becoming quite popular.

I had the lamb koftas Something I’ve had in many places in the past. However, this meal was different. The. Koftas where are obviously made on site as they were handled. And had a number of different extras that made them stand out from the others. I had tasted in the past. I talked with Julia. ( A real creative kitchen chemist) and she told me her ingredients included cumin, coriander, and garlic.

La Vista is becoming renowned for its creativity and innovation And I can see why. My meal spoke of sophistication!

It’s attempting to have your favourite meal when you go out to eat but I would recommend all the meals so far on the menu because you never know when you’re going to get a new favourite!

Once again, congratulations to Julia and to all the staff at La Vista you’ve done it again and I’ve no doubt that you will continue to do it with...

We are loving the new restaurant so clean and fresh and the food is wonderful. We visited the restaurant / bar quite a lot of times during our stay with our family and had fabulous meals and sundowner drinks. I have to say the ribs and tapas are amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful, which has helped create a fabulous atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you all again...

I think this restaurant/café looks a little underwhelming at first, as in it doesn't look that nice overall. Nevertheless, this is still a fine choice for food. The main problem was that the waitress communicated way more in spanish than in english, and since I don't speak spanish, that...
