Restaurante La Cumbre — Restaurant in el Poble Nou de Benitatxell / Benitachell

First of all the personal is really bad at english and is really hard to understand. When working at a restaurant you would think they new basic english. I orderd a entrecote, normaly i love entrecote but this was not it. It wad bad seasoned and the meat in it self was horrible. It didn’t taste good and it was impossible to chew, it was like i was eating rubber. Even the menu was imposible to understand. It was very unorganized and not understandeble at all. I would recommend looking at their menu before you go here in person. Even the pricing was ridiculous when it tasted...

I wanted to like this place but just couldn’t

I’ll start with the positives. The drinks and atmosphere are great. Stunning views, a nice pool, and fair drink prices.

The food was not that good in my opinion... It just lacked something and I can’t express what is was but left me feeling “unsatisfied.” The price accentuated this feeling. It was a unique negative feeling that I’ve had while eating at very few restaurants (and I’ve eaten at thousands at this point).

Parking is easy and accessible nearby.

Maybe come for the drinks and the atmosphere and...

Nice location. Good service. Friendly staff. But the food is really bad and totally overpriced. We got one course which was edible, but even this were tasteless and depressing. The other three were not worth eating. They managed to mess up a burger. Out of the freezer cold and sad. Ingrediences in the other courses were canned and frozen vegetables! They were able to mess up a scallop! They served canned processed crab meat! So sad and embarrasing. A disgrace to all cooking. We paid 88euros (no wine) for a 3 person disapointing lunch....
