My fiancé and I stumbled upon +Que Tapas completely by chance, and it turned out to be the sweetest little spot. Our flight back to New York had been canceled, and we ended up at a hotel nearby. Wandering around, feeling a little stranded and starving, we came across this place—and it honestly saved the day. What started as a frustrating afternoon turned into such a cozy, laid-back experience outdoors, all thanks to this charming spot.
From the moment we stood out front reading the menu from outside, the vibe felt warm and inviting. The woman working greeted us so kindly, and the whole space had this relaxed, welcoming energy. I been wanting a good gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp) the whole trip and while we stayed in Barcelona, we had a really horrible one elsewhere so I was really skeptical to try it again.
We ended up ordering a cava sangria, a glass of white wine, patatas bravas, and of course, the gambas al ajillo. It was definitely spot on. The cava sangria especially hit the spot and paired beautifully with everything.
We sat outside, enjoying up the beautiful weather and the cozy neighborhood vibes, which made the whole experience even better. What really put it over the top was chatting with the owners — they were so genuine and friendly that it made the visit feel extra special.
This place truly is a hidden gem: authentic, hearty, well-priced tapas with great energy and service. No question, we’ll be back next time we’re in the area and will...
Read moreIn Barcelona for a night, took a walk after flying all night and day before. Found this Amazing little place! We weren't sure how much to order but since we were both hungry we decided on 2 plates each (but we shared them all) The food was incredible and the portions were just too large for us, I'm not complaining we wanted to eat all of it but couldn't. The service was equally as good as the food! We were even fortunate enough to get to speak with the chef (and also the hostess) they were so personable and friendly, I'm just sorry we didn't get their names! When we come back to Barcelona Que Tapas will be our first stop! Also you have to try the "Spicy lollipop" you won't regret it! Thank you for...
Read moreMy mom and I were staying at the airport hotel a block away and I came across this place on google because of its good reviews. We also didn’t want airport hotel food for our last night in Barcelona! We were greeted by Olga who was extremely kind and welcoming. She walked us through the menu and suggested a few dishes. All the dishes were absolutely amazing and it truly was the best last meal in Barcelona. It was so good we forgot to take pictures! Yasen (the chef) then came out and chatted with us for a bit which was very pleasant. It was so nice to meet both Olga and Yasen and we wish them the best luck with...
