Read moreWe visited on a Thursday evening to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect choice. Recommended in the Michelin Guide, this is a classy restaurant, and was busy - and buzzing - when we arrived for our 20:45 table. Our table for two was large and comfortable for a relaxed meal. We started with chipirones which, with added garnish of garlic and nora peppers, were the best I’ve ever had. The main course was a nicely aged steak from an aged cow with foie gras and port sauce It was cooked perfectly medium rare and presented superbly on the plate. It ate tremendously too. Fabulous food and drink in luxurious...
Read moreOur second time, this time a bit of shambles. It took as long time to see the menu and get drinks. Ordering the wine was a error of comedy. We must have ordered the wine 5 times every time confusion. To Mitigate the circumstances it was just the main rush. Main course a similar thing for 3 of us the food was really nice but the steak , my daughter in law ordered her steak med well several times. How did it come rare ! It went to the kitchen 3 times to get there. Such a shame. It's a very elegant and obviously inn restaurant. Also we came 2 months after our first visit which was superb. But no chance in menu to take account of changing seasons ! They want to run things the easy way....
