BJ's Pub Son Parc — Restaurant in es Mercadal

Being British I generally avoid brit pubs when I'm abroad as I go on holiday for something different however on a recent holiday to son park we did find ourselves visiting here twice, the first time an unplanned friday visit. We hadn't booked and It turned out Friday was fish n chip night which appears very popular. The lady we spoke to was very helpful and managed to get us a table and we ordered fish n chips which I have to be honest I wasn't in the mood for. It did turn out to be excellent though, lovely crispy fish and home made chips really were amongst the best I've had! We visited on an other occasion and I had the special which was a fish stew. Again this was excellent as where the other meals my family had. Be aware if you have young kids though, there are claw games, air hockey and pool games available so this could end up costing an arm and a leg in euros! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! 5⭐️

We decided to try this place because it was my partners initials and they had evening entertainment (Orlando Way). Well...I am so glad we did! The drinks were lovely, the food was gorgeous and the waiter was amazing! He made us feel so welcome and was a big reason we returned an extra few times! (We also seen Tina!)

We tried BJs loaded fries, chicken strips, loaded nachos and beef burger. Yes we did come back and order the same things too! 😍

(The only thing I was gutted about...we waited all week for fish & chip friday but couldn't have it because we didn't pre-order it. I had read your signs and social media and thought only booking a 'table' was recommended. So either I struggled with the language barrier or this should be advertised better.)

understaffed only 2 workers , arrived and ordered drinks , we asked for menus and were ignored so when the rushed worker walked past we asked again and he said i’ll have to come back , after another 20 mins we finally got menus and ordered , food took ages at this point we were all starving , when the food came out it looked nice but after my cousin tried the burger it raw pink frozen meat inside , we were disgusted as this restaurant had good reviews, we was told they was rushed but it’s not an excuse to give paying customers raw food ....
