Pax Gastrobar — Restaurant in Felanitx

Normally I only write reviews when I am unhappy about an experience but this time it is because this place is high quality!!

Although the Linguine were a bit lame and haven‘t seen any salt, pepper or garlic, the lamb and the sauce were amazing. AMAZING!! It‘s 60€ for 2 but please TRY IT! Absolutely worth it and if I am being honest, I would also order this für 80€ or more!

I have never had a roasted meat sauce that tasted like that. It was fabulous and delicious! Also the crispy tofu clearly was a hit! It was exactly how I would make it myself and that made me very happy! Very very good kitchen!

Unfortunately I have no picture of the lamb.

But a little tipp for the washer…the plates and glasses smelled like egg…I don‘t know if you washed these with some egg plates or anything but my mom could not eat and drink there because everything had...

I hesitate to write this, partly because I’d love to keep Pax a secret. But a place this good deserves recognition.

They’ve perfected the essentials: great food, a welcoming team, and drinks you actually want to linger over. We weren't sure if Max & Sebastian were actually the Managers or just Comedians that delivered good food and drinks - a good sign if there was one.

The menu is thoughtful and creative, with something for every palate, and the wine list isn’t just well-curated—it’s designed to elevate each dish.

For me, the restaurant feels almost like the vibe of a roaring 20s cocktail bar with it's plush seating and warm lighting, but with a culinary menu that sneaks up from behind, taps you on the shoulder, and slowly talks you into trying everything she has to offer.

Pax is a superb gastro bar, a much welcomed new addition to charming Felanitx. We dined at Pax with my family and had a wonderful evening. The ambiance is exquisite and the food is excellent. We had the swordfish carpaccio, the shrimp fingers, risotto with artichokes and sobrasada, black linguine with fish, felafel and an amazing soup. It’s wonderful that you have the option to order the main dishes in smaller portions as well, for the ones who love to share and taste much of the menu. Great chef, great service, great ambience.
