Never go here on a Sunday. It's not worth it. It will only end in disappointment. First of all, the good menus of the day that you can get here during the week are not there on Sunday. On Sunday, the staff is less good (weekend helpers?). Secondly, the plates stay in the kitchen for too long, the food is almost cold and the fried potatoes are soggy and the fries are hanging there in misery. Thirdly, if you make a reservation, you get a table with a view of a wall while there are better places. And to top it all off, our order was only half correct, the result is that another hamburger has to be fried while the other person is eating alone and is finished when the other person has yet to start on a hastily thrown together half-cooked hamburger. The staff does not even offer an apology for this state of affairs or, for example, a dessert at the expense of the house. A big fail for this establishment on a Sunday. We will try again on a weekday to see if this rotten experience can be rectified. I have previously written a very positive review about this restaurant here, hopefully that will happen again when I go there incognito.

Nunca vayas aquí un domingo. No vale la pena. Solo terminarás en decepción. Primero, los buenos menús del día que se pueden conseguir entre semana no están disponibles el domingo. El domingo, el personal es menos bueno (¿ayudantes de fin de semana?). Segundo, los platos se quedan demasiado tiempo en la cocina, la comida está casi fría, las patatas fritas están blandas y las patatas fritas están colgando en el suelo. Y para colmo, nuestro pedido solo estaba medio correcto; el resultado es que hay que freír otra hamburguesa mientras la otra persona come sola y termina cuando la otra persona aún no ha empezado a comer una hamburguesa a medio hacer hecha a toda prisa. El personal ni siquiera se disculpa por esto ni, por ejemplo, ofrece un postre a costa de la casa. Un fracaso rotundo para este establecimiento un domingo. Lo intentaremos de nuevo entre semana a ver si podemos solucionar esta pésima experiencia. Ya he escrito anteriormente una reseña muy positiva sobre este restaurante aquí, y espero que vuelva a ocurrir cuando vaya allí...

19082022 arrived at 7.30pm lots of tables available but had used glasses and bottles on, sat down at one waiting for service. After 10 minutes the waitress told us we shouldn't have sat down as the table wasn't clean (covid). Not sure what we were supposed to do as no signs or waiters to ask. When we asked how long a clean table would be we were told there was no availability at the moment, no indication of how long it would be if ever. Despite numerous empty but "dirty" tables. Rude doesn't do justice to how we were dealt with. Would have preferred to have reserved signs on the tables and a notice saying wait to be seated! Rather than being humiliated by rude...

I read the response to my friend’s review with astonishment. We were already spoken to unfriendly when we asked if there was room for 11 people. We understood that sitting at one large table wasn’t possible, but no alternative was offered, and they just left us standing there.

I ended up repeatedly going inside myself to find someone, place orders, return incorrect ones, and pick up the right items.
