Most places in Ibiza had lacking customer service. I think the volume of tourists means they don't have to be too concerned about the experience the patrons have. It started with a bench being used to fit more that what was a comfortable amount of people, they initially refused to add another chair, insisting we make do with the bench only. It was a large group of us, all around a table, one side needed another chair. We eventually got the chair, but was there any need for all the hastle? Also they had "home made chips" as a side for 10€, when they came it was actually crisps!?! Home made crisps! We were like, we thought these were chips, and they said.. "no that's french fries and we don't do them here" for 10€ you'd expect them to be bloody chips! We mentioned had we known they were crisps, or called crisps on the menu, we wouldn't have ordered them, they replied with "it's too late, they're here". So their customer service isn't that great. Music was good, so ambience was nice, but please bear in mind, there was only one male and one female toilet cubical available and the place gets very busy, so that is also something that's a bit of an issue. It can get very packed in there, our food service was slow, it took around 3hrs to have our starters and...
Read moreHad a reservation for 1pm and they only opened the entrance at 1:30pm… and around 3pm we were being pushed/pressed to leave the table soon, also the staff suggested to choose smaller bottles of wine because we “might not have time to drink bigger ones”… the girl serving our rose wine didn’t ask to taste it first and started serving all glasses, to make it worse the wine wasn’t cold enough and she was extremely rude when we pointed that out. The main course “arroz caldoso” was basic/normal/not tasty, supposed to have lobster, we almost only got lobster shells. The caipirinha was terrible and one of our friends had her cocktail taken away by the same waitress (blond) and she hadn’t finished the drink yet! They compromised that who had lunch could come back to the sunset party, and when the time came, they only let the “VIP” enter. We were told directly at the entrance to wait 15 minutes, but after that time they just decided that we couldn’t get in and sent us away. Invested my money in such a terrible place to have a low experience. Lot of fame, but lack of quality and respect to...
Read moreVery average and overpriced food - nothing memorable; regular starters (ordered tuna tartare and octopus), paella ciega was just ok, and chocolate cake was nothing out of the ordinary. Plus drinks, went up to ~€90 pp. Not too ridiculous but definitely overpriced, guess you are also paying for the cool vibes Bad service - warm welcome but as soon as it's close to the end of your time allocation you are rushed to leave and all the friendliness disappears. However, they still served us €15 drinks two minutes before telling us to leave the table and did not allow drinks to be taken (just don't offer them!) However, the place looks great, which is mostly why we decided to go. Good music, cool atmosphere, good-looking people, and you get your stickers and tattoos with a B to feel closer to being an influencer. If you're after a cool photo and don't expect good food nor service, this is the place. Otherwise, plenty of amazing alternatives with far better value, either traditional local spots or...
