This place is a joke!

The staff at this place treated customers like they were the enemy.

The staff were very unwelcoming and not interested in engaging with customers, who they treated with contempt.

Tried to order at the bar and was told to sit down. When the waitress eventually came over, she rolled her eyes when we ordered and staff were complaining to each other when we went up to pay.

The place is completely unwelcoming. There are three signs which say ‘no WiFi!’ ‘Don’t use the toilet without paying!’ ‘Don’t come in unless you’re wearing a shirt!’.

The staff treated the many tourists arriving as though they hated them.

The menu is hopeless, basically just some simple sandwiches which take ages to come out, and nothing you can ‘grab and go’

The tragedy is that this place has amazing views and a complete monopoly on this location. If they employed a manager and staff who cared, created a quick and fast menu to cater for the tourist buses arriving, this place could be a gold mine.

Don’t justify this horrible service and attitude by spending a dollar there. Save your money for the other places in Formentera and Ibiza where the owners and stuff actually care about...

The atmosphere is enchanting, perfect for a romantic or special evening. However, what truly elevates this place is the incredible kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. From the moment you arrive until the end of the evening, you are welcomed and pampered by an attentive, knowledgeable, and always smiling team who provides expert and passionate recommendations. It is rare to find such a perfect combination of a spectacular setting and such a high level of service. Absolutely recommended!

Situato in una location a dir poco magica, a pochi passi dal faro, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare che da sola vale la visita. Amazing views and great place to have a drink. The sangria was very nice and the service. However, the club sandwich we had and the bread Ali Oli with olives could have been better.
