The carbonara is pretty good. The cacio and Pepe is actually a fondue with bits of pasta in - do not plan to do any sort of activity after that dish as you’ll just sink to the bottom of the sea.

Worst was the service - waiter tripped and I received a slice of chocolate cake on my shirt. I was offered a dry clean but surprisingly nothing came our way in terms of complimentary coffee or desert or a discount on the bill. The most amazing Carbonara Pasta we’ve ever had!! This restaurant came up multiple times in my research for a nice dinner in Formentera, and was also recommended 2 times by local waiters from other restaurants as I was craving pasta.
