We arrived from Ibiza and this was our first stop. We waited a VERY LONG time to be served. We then had to go back to the front desk and ask to be served. Eventually someone came and served us but then it was another very long wait for the food and drinks. The drinks were very good and the food was good. The waitress who served us was a great help in finding a hairdresser.

As it is close to the ferry we decided to stop here when we left. We sat in the same seats and ordered a round of drinks. Again they were painfully slow but eventually got the drinks to us. We had 30 minutes between the arrival of the first round of drinks and the ferry departing. We ordered a second round... in desperation I had to chase the mixologist at the bar. We were forced to quaff the second round to make the ferry. IF you want a very leisurely drink or meal then enjoy. If you have places to go then give this a miss.

Very unpleasant experience. Avoid this place if you can. The waitress mistook our simple order : roasted chicken for chicken paellas which was double the price of what we ordered. When she brought the wrong food, we told her that it wasn’t what we ordered. Instead of admitting her error she accused us aggressively for at least 2 minutes for making a mistake in our order. Please note that it was my parents-in-law in their 70’s who had to face this ordeal since it was their order. Her voice was very raised and agressive. Everyone at the table felt very uncomfortable with the situation since no one expect this and no one deserve this. We didn’t have any choice but to have the wrong food which costs double. i went to here with family. worst experience at a restaurant i’ve had in my lifetime. no one to welcome us in or bring us to a table, waited 20 minutes for service, had to ask for a menu. eventually we had enough of waiting and got up and left. we noticed other people getting frustrated about the wait too. a family member of mine said on the way out to a waitress “it was just taking too long to get drinks” the waitress didn’t even apologise or say anything and just gave us a very spiteful look. we walked down for a few minutes and found this place called el marino and it was absolutely amazing, very good service, gorgeous food and very inviting and welcoming the second...
