We had so much fun being served Sidra! We are visiting from the states and heard about the tradition of drinking alcoholic cider in Asturias. This particular restaurant did a great job of pouring and instructions on how to drink it. Basically they pour it from high above to aerate the cider. Then, one drinks it quickly but not like a shot.
