Burger King — Restaurant in Granadilla de Abona

My son approached a staff member to ask the time they shut and they confirmed 10pm however when he went ove to order his meal to his utter disappointment they had already shut for the evening . I approached the counter as the blinds where shut at 21.45pm to re ascertain the time and the manager replied they had already closed up for the night however shockingly this was not what the waitress had already advised...... i have a feeling though this is very much whenever they like it.........Not really adhering to any particular times . This on my view is extremely off putting for customers demonstrating no real consistency and uf you look ag previous reviews it seems like management should go through some capability management training. My own order came quickly but then they got my order wrong and had to go get fries. The same happened to my partner who wasn’t given her cheese bites and had to go back to get them. Then my friend after waiting for 30 minutes for her food went to ask what is going on and showed them her receipt, just to be ignored multiple times. After another 10 frustrating minutes we asked to speak to someone who denied that the order was real despite my friend having the receipt. The person we spoke to then demanded to see her bank statement. Food arrived quickly, fries was crispy and very hot so that’s good! The burger didn’t seem nearly as good as it is advertised like (Brutal Bacon), wasn't hot and I paid unnecessarily for extra bacon which was almost not cooked so couldn’t eat it. Burger bread was kind of wet and the Long Chicken was not crispy, but 2 stars for perfect fries and little waiting time after the order was placed. At least 2 of the machines was missing paper for receipt printing so there was some que because of that..
