Food was okay, but the service experience we had was miserable. We came to this restaurant and decided to order some food. One waiter took our order in English, a second waiter came to confirm the order. The food arrived, but only one of three plates was correct. We kindly explained the situation, the waiter got upset and reacted really unfriendly. We explained the two missing dishes clearly in spanish and pointed out on the menu again which was missing. The food came again, and again one of two plates was wrong. The restaurant did not try any effort to resolve the situation and i think there is really a problem in the waiters understanding. So we had to accept that one of our plates came wrong. The restaurant should work on their communication, and customer service. If two waiters confirm our order and still get it wrong.. in a very easy order, then they should not react upset about us. I hope they will take some effort in...

Awful,awful,awful. I gave a one star review only because I couldn't give a 0 star. All of the food served to our table was cold, I sent back the starter of chicken because of this . The replacement was also cold . The vegan starter was also cold , the fried cheese was warm but only because it doesn't take long to heat fried cheese. The main course of the pork arrived , guess what ... cold meat, cold vegetables, cold potatoes. The beef main was also cold as we're the vegetables and potatoes .
