Vinimos al desayuno recomendada por una amiga mía. El desayuno exquisito, no sólo por la comida (todos los productos son elaborados por materias primas de Km0) sino por la atención de Karen, la camarera que nos atendió ese día que es un auténtico encanto. Muchas gracias también a Kai de la recepción del hotel con el que pudimos compartir un rato también muy agradable. Sin duda los lugares son las personas. Comida y atención de 10. Volveremos.

Solo puedo hablar de dos desayunos pero más que suficiente para expresar mi sorpresa y aplauso por innovar en un lugar tan aparentemente difícil de hacerlo. Tengo que admitir que al hospedarme me pareció caro el desayuno pero mi cambio de opinión fue inmediato desde el primer servicio. La atención fue muy buena y en los dos días por el mismo camarero, que supongo por su aspecto y timidez que era alumno de ese Hotel Escuela.

Excellente restaurant et petit déjeuner, les serveurs vous expliquent avec détail chacun des plats apportés. Lorsque les petits plats arrivent on se dit que l’on aura encore faim mais à la fin du repas/petit déjeuner l’estomac est bien rempli. Les photos ci-jointes sont celles d’un petit déjeuner.
