Pastelería La Grosera (centro) — Restaurant in Huelva

I ordered a custom cake and did not receive what I ordered. The first photo with the beautiful flowers is what I showed as a reference and was told they could make it. The second photo with the weird smudges that looks like it was someone's first cake design is what I received. When I messaged Alberto and told him how disappointed I was he never respond. No apologies. No offer of a refund (even a partial one), or a credit. Nothing. The most annoying part is they even have a non-custom cake on their website that has flowers on it (the unicorn one). I even said I'd like something like the unicorn one without the unicorn AND showed Alberto the reference photo and he said that was possible.

Beautiful cafe in the city center whose highlight is the amazing variety of cakes. Interesting flavours such as Banoffee pie (British classic) along with other staples (carrot cake, red fruit crumble, Nutella cake, cheesecakes), croissants and some savoury options. I really liked the vibe, there’s a lot of light and around 16:00 there aren’t too many people. The chill music also made it a nice place to read and relax. Coffee was good (not specialty but much better that what you get at standard bars), and the smoothie wasn’t my favorite (I got the pineapple mango one, and they added orange juice to blend it, which I didn’t like and mostly, shouldn’t have come in, as not stated in the menu). I've been an occasional customer of La Grosera since they opened their doors, but have been left quite disappointed more recently. Very long waits, food sitting on the counter for several minutes before making its way to waiting customers, inefficient kitchen/server/table system in place for lunch time food orders. At incredibly busy times of the day there are few members of staff which causes delays for those waiting to order and those trying to pay.
