Biskaine Urdaibai — Restaurant in Ibarrangelu

The most horrible experience ever. We waited more than half an hour for the menu, while it was not busy. We ordered 3x bacalao. All were so salty. Not possible to eat. We told the waiter, but he didn't say sorry or anything. We also ordered French fries, we didn't get it. Again no excuses. What a disaster. So expensive too. Don't go here and spend your money wisely...

This place was fantastic! Every aspect of the of this restaurant warrants the five stars. The staff was kind, and recommended some of the most delicious food that we have eaten in Spain. Decepción y asombro máximo. De camino al autobús para vuelta a ibarrangelu donde veraneo de toda la vida entro a pedir un botellin de agua con mi sedienta hija de 9 años. El camarero me ve ,espero mi turno y entran dos conocidos del camarero( rubito y con barbas , euskaldun por el acento) me toca ,pido botellín de agua y les atiende a ellos..unos de ellos le dice van ellos primero que han pedido botellin de agua , a lo que el contesta ..botellin y café con leche en un tono vacilón sin ni siquiera no mirarme. Me parece lamentable y bochornosa la situación...hasta se ha sonrojado el hombre que conocía el camarero. He esperado pori hija si no le canto las 40 pero rápido. No vuelvo mientras esté ese impresentable allí, no yo ni los míos...
