Burger King — Restaurant in Irun

My advice for anyone contemplating in using this establishment, is go to Mcdonald's not far from here.

This must be the worst Burger King in Europe, people have been complaining about this place for over a year, so we thought they must of cleaned this place up by now, we pass though here often, staying overnight in the Aire across the road, OMG it is so dirty, didnt think it could get worst, the girl behind the counter touched the food with her hands after rubbing her forehead, but I let that go, and yes we paid for it, I really can't describe the the Burgers, just awful, late in the night I had to rush for the toilet, and my wife is still paying the price today, which is late in the evening, the day after we had eaten.

But he seems never to take notice...

Absolute and utter chaos. Busy, yes, but not such that would justify a 75 (!) minutes wait. I’ve been at BKs on various continents, but this one stands out. BK team worked hard but inefficient and seemed not up to the task. Noticed food falling on kitchen floor - which was utterly dirty with food spills - which got picked up, but couldn’t see if it still was being used. I wonder though. Hygiene seems a remote bench mark as BK team wasn’t wearing gloves or head covers and noticed them having their hands going through their hair or touching their faces. I just don’t want to know where else these hands went or touched upon. Food I ordered for my family was of horrible quality (dried out nuggets, over cooked burgers, fries under cooked ). I mean, for a chain that runs a well thought of formula, this was way below par and this place definitely needs an inspection at multiple levels. I’m just a visitor, but otherwise I would avoid this place...

Modifico esta Reseña que fue descrita hace mas de un año y censurada por cuestiones de política de Google, manda huevos,...puesto que no se dijo entonces nada ofensivo ni en las imágenes habia nada que bajo mi criterio estuviera fuera de lugar. Ahora bien, no he vuelto a comprar aquí y de momento sigo sin pensarlo. Y lo que dije fue lo siguiente.

Bueno...le verdad es que no se ni por donde empezar, porque pocas empresas de hostelería tienen tantas reseñas negativas....ahí va la mía (esto parece de broma). Es la tercera vez que pido en este establecimiento y la verdad es que la última seguro, lejos de mejorar empeorais a pasos agigantados. Cuando ha llegado mi pedido a casa (por su puesto fuera de tiempo) el día 12/01/2023 y después de comprobar que no faltaba nada como anteriores veces, mi sorpresa ha sido que las hamburguesas estaban aplastadas, sus envoltorios deteriorados, por supuesto frias, cajas de patatas tambien frias y crudas (Deluxe.?..jjjjj). Dentro de una bolsa que habian colocado 3 menús que difícilmente entraban, vamos casi a presión, ya que precisamente no eran de las hamburguesas más pequeñas. Si, las hamburguesas de las fotos aquí publicadas en el local por clientes son reales, ademas sois unos estafadores, porque lo que enviais a domicilio no se corresponde con la realidad y enviais basura sin terminar, jamas habia visto tanta desgana en una local de comida "rapida" menudo desprestigio para la cadena. No creo que ni vosotros reconozcais el nombre de las hamburguesas en las fotos que publico a continuación. Para tirar a la basura. Para que no haya dudas, las bolsas estaban impecables cuando me las ha entregado el chico del transporte, seguro que esto último es lo único Profesional de esta empresa porque en lo que respecta a su calidad es deleznable. Ciao

Y quiero recalcar que esto se publica después de un año porque a Google "No" le dio la gana de hacerlo entonces. Todavía no entiendo porque. Mi trabajo me ha costado q lo hagan. En fin, que espero que como dice alguna Reseña por ahí, hayáis mejorado en todos los sentidos, ya que entonces era de pena todo, aunque lo dudo. Un cordial saludo a quien llegue...
