Xiringuito Sr.Fros — Restaurant in l'Ampolla

On a pleasant beach day in Cap Roig, we were two couples, two infants and a toddler. When we had arrived to Chiringuito Sr.Fros none of the tables at this establishment were occupied (minus the manager/owner sitting at one if he tables). Being that we were a larger group, we needed two square tables to fit everyone. So, we sat and ordered a substantial amount of food and beverages over the course of 2-hours when out of the blue, the owner comes to our tables and angrily demands one. I told him that was not acceptable as we are eating and drinking and not simply taking up space.

When I asked him how he expects us to return given how he was treating us, he angrily replied "Not my problem!"

Next, he'd sent an employee to physically remove one of our tables. The employee was extremely embarrassed and apologetic as he said, "I'm sorry he's the boss, what can I do?" I proceeded to speak with the manager again and wished him luck as I told him that the mean-spirited treatment of people will not lead to the longevity of his business. I paid, left, and will never return. It was a humiliating experience; shame on you...

Very pleasant staff. Bar right on the beach very convenient but very expensive we ordered four drinks and two bowls of chips and it came to nearly 40 euros!! I know its on the beach and so you can expect some mark up but at 4 euros for a small shandy it was extortionate. A shame as we would of gone again but not at...

Estuve pasando el día el la playa y por tema de comodidad decidimos comer el el chiringuito. Pedí un ensalada una coca cola y una sepiay me dijeron que no había ni coca cola ni ensalada. Mi sorpresa fue que los camareros se pusieron a comer al lado nuestro y tenían ensalada y cocacola. La sepia escasa y calidad justa. Mi mujer pidió bocadillo de jamón y por la pinta parecía más jamón dulce que otra cosa pero el precio fue de jamón ibérico. No volveré a comer allí. Para un refresco y unas olivas quizá bien .
