Restaurante @ Hotel El Curro — Restaurant in La Iruela

This restaurant is a total disaster. The hostess is rude, she doesn't follow the covid protocol, (even though the place was almost empty) and she didn't follow any of our requests at all. The menu didn't have an explanation of the dishes so I had to exchange the salad because it wasn't what the menu said, and she charged me for both. They didn't serve the due aperitive with the expensive bottle of wine and beer. We had to ask for it after waiting for 15 minutes. The wait continued with every dish. The meat was hard, both the pork and the bull tail. The plates were black and modern but when we cut the meat it felt like we were cutting sand underneath. We didn't think that was healthy or sanitary. We were sitting in a hallway near the elevator and the restrooms even though the normal eating area was empty and the tables were set and ready. La verdad que comimos aquí porque a mi amigo le hacia mucha ilusión, y ya que me vino a visitar, había que cumplirle el capricho. Al llegar nos encontramos con un lugar muy ameno y enseguida nos dieron mesa fuera, en la luciérnaga, un espacio climatizado xon una decoración muy contemporánea, y a mi estas cosas me parecen muy guays. El trato ofrecido fue muy cercano y correcto, además que la comida estaba muy buena, pedimos la corvina, el bacalao con risotto, el lomo en orza con rinran y las chuletitas de cordero (nos habría gustado comer postre, pero estábamos llenos). Un precioso descubrimiento!! Gracias a unos amigos de Burunchel. Visitamos este lugar con mucho encanto, con una excelente atención donde no están reñidas la calidad con el precio. Un servicio muy rápido y con personas muy atentas que hacen de tu velada un momento para evocar y en este caso recomendar.
