Restaurant Les Tres Alzines — Restaurant in la Roca del Vallès

We found this place near our outlet shopping trip to La Roca. Food was excellent. Drinks and food were served promptly. That’s the end of the good parts.

1 star service: Toni, our server had replaced our order of grilled vegetables to Escalivada without informing us, only to tell us that they ran out of grilled vegetables when we enquired. On top of that, there was an over zealous server who kept trying to clear our dishes even though we were still eating and there was food still on the plate. Even a budget airline would have the courtesy to inform passengers of the rush when the plane was landing, however it was 4pm, and there were still two other patrons who just ordered.

Michelin star prices: We also order a 1/2 lamb shoulder, which Toni later informed us that it is finished, but he can replace it with lamp chops. What was served was 3 tiny pieces of lamp chops, and for that we were billed €18. Who pays €6 for a piece of lamb chops??

If you are in Roca Village and wondering where to eat during your shopping spree, this place is amazing! The food is excellent, and the service is perfect. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and organic. Their regular wine tastes so good it feels like you're drinking something expensive. After a huge dinner, the bill was comparable to twice the price of a meal at McDonald's. This place is a must-visit for sure! Overall I highly recommend the place, just maybe not when you're already really hungry. Service has been pretty slow both times we sat here - getting menus, someone coming to receive our orders, getting our drinks all in all took well over 30 min. First dishes arrived about 45mins after we sat down (on a Monday, at 2pm).
