Solo hago reseñas cuando un local me impacta para MUY BIEN. Aunque el precio me parece un poco caro repetiría sin dudarlo. Cuando pones el local en Google, lo primero que piensas haciendo el camino en coche... "Ya me la ha jugado Google con el camino"...no os preocupéis no es un camino estrecho de peregrinos. Lo primero que ves es un albergue con un patio súper encantador. BUNGO, el patio súper Kawaii es el local. Cuando llegas al patio lo primero que ves es la zona de cocina y su cola para llevar, ahí no se pide la comida. Entras al patio y ves su encanto, sus bombillas, sus mesas de parque... Y al fondo ves otra zona cerrada (bar) donde 2 chicas encantadoras te toman nota de la comida y bebida. Soy súper fan de las cosas bonitas y la cerveza ... Y cuando entras ves 1 millón de botellas iluminadas y expuestas para morir. La IPA artesana de Asturias muy aconsejable. Para cenar pedimos 2 pizzas, 1 carbonara que me pareció un poco sosa (no es problema de la pizza si no mi elección) y 1 de jamón y champiñones (brutal). La masa no es napolitana, no es romana... Es una pizza original del pizzaiolo del local... Es una masa con mucha humedad y fermentación (súper digestivas) una masa con mucho aire y ligera. Mi paladar no me da para distinguir si es jamón de duroc pero aconsejo mucho las pizzas con salsa de tomate, decir es muy buena es quedarse corta. Es una base de tomate sencilla con aceite y algo mas, pero es sorprendente que tanta sencillez brille tanto.
