La Mafia se sienta a la mesa — Restaurant in Lucena

Saturday night ....looking forward to a good Italian meal. Sadly nice decor is the only good thing I can say. Very poor service from uninterested staff who were happier to stand chatting and made us feel unwelcome. I ordered a simple Spaghetti Carbonara which came with little "carbonara sauce" and a heap of Spaghetti with minimal other content, bland in taste and only just warm, I suspect it was reheated. I was given a knife and fork to eat the Spaghetti instead of a spoon and fork, staff were doing the very basics, they brought the food and immediately left, I had to go and ask for parmesan and black pepper. Four people at the table and only three menus given out and when we went to the desk to ask for another we were met with rolling of eyes and sighs and told to use the Qcode. We have been to this restaurant several times always about average. We thought we would see if it had improved. Well no ! We had 2 tiny fillet steaks which were overcooked and dry . Our antipasti was meagre and the staff were miserable and showed no interest in their customers of which there weren't many . At 75 euros for our meal it was a complete disappointment. Fuimos a cenar ayer un grupo de 11 personas, el servicio de bebidas fue rápido, nos pusieron una cerveza de más, pero bueno no dijimos nada. Después cuando nos tomaron comanda de las comidas, estuvimos esperando un buen rato y llegó la chica y nos dijo: la comanda se ha perdido repetirme de nuevo, hubo un poco de lío, al final no se había perdido la comanda, no nos pidieron disculpas. La comida fue llegando, estaba rica. Al terminar y pedir la cuenta nos dimos cuenta de que nos habían puesto 4 platos de más, la mayoría de cosas estaban duplicadas. Para lo caro que es, el servicio dejó mucho que desear, muchos camareros pero estaban por allí como pollos sin cabezas, realmente de podía ver la desorganización, a última hora ya se les veía cansados y poco atentos, incluso ya estaban hablando entre ellos que que querían para cenar para ir pidiendo a cocina (eso fue el encargado) por lo que me parece feo que no se disculpen nos pongan una cuenta con casi 100 euros de más y ellos estén pensando en recoger todo y cenar allí...
