McDonald's — Restaurant in Lucena

Basically a McDonalds as you can find everywhere, but unfortunately I had a little issue. After choosing my order at the big selfservice display, it did not give me a ticket. Promptly I informed the personnel that the paper ran out. Not having a ticket, I needed to convince the personnel which order was mine, I repeated again that the display did not gave me a ticket. Finally they accepted my explanation and I got my order. Within the whole 30 minutes I was there, they did not fill up the paper, so some more guests had the same problem. They did not seem to bother about it, which is not at all a McDonalds standard! My fries and my McNuggets were cold and got replaced after I complained about that. Toilets were not clean.

After all, this restaurant did not meet the criteria which McDonalds have set for themselves, therefore...

Food was not better or worse than the average McD.

Order was complete, apart from 1 product that was Out-of-Stock, which was replaced by another product of equal value, after I was informed.

Toilet (men’s) were all disgusting. All were clogged with paper and filled with water. Literally, feces were floating over the toilet’s edge, falling onto the floor.

Manager does not understand English, or acted as if..

Kitchen crew and manager left a bad impression with me. I was waiting as first in line for 10 minutes, while the manager and kitchen crew were basically just joking...

Es la 2° vez,en los últimos 20 años que como esta porquería de lo que dicen llamar "restaurante", un bar de carretera es capaz de ponerte mejor comida. Comerte lo que dicen que es una hamburguesa,de medio milímetro de grosor,porque a lo único que sabe la "hamburguesa" es a pan y a un sabor malísimo ,creo que era pepinillo.Las bolas, creo que decían que eran de pollo,totalmente insípidas,con un ligerisimo sabor a pimienta,la Fanta 0 0 ,creo que no era 0 ,porque le pegué un sorbo y me pareció tan azucarada y empalagosa,que me la deje sin beber. Lo único que había medio comestible eran las patatas. Y sin duda alguna, lo que más me llamó la atención del establecimiento fue la suciedad en el suelo,y en las mesas. Nos sentamos en 2 mesas,apartando lo que habia encima ,y comimos,pero nadie vino a limpiarlas,ni las nuestras ni ninguna a nuestro alrededor,que estaban para "echarles el macho",durante el tiempo que estuvimos ahí,sobre 30-35 minutos,incluida la espera del pedido,me dio asco estar ahí,si fuese ido solo,me hubiese ido nada más entrar. Sin duda alguna,no volveré a ir voluntariamente,hay infinitos sitios mejores para comer al mismo o ligeramente...
