Classic Pizza — Restaurant in Malgrat de Mar

The service was unpleasant. Staff didn't come to take the order for a long time, we had to go to the waiter ourselves. We were also asked about the need for plates. But when the pizza was served, the plates were not given to us and we were forced to take them ourselves from the waiter again. No one was interested in our stay, they also didn't replace the napkins, which are only given one per person. Inside isn't clean, there are a whole bunch of ants running around on the floor. Wanting to eat earlier than normal, we found classic pizza to be open earlier than most. For me, this was one of the best gluten-free pizza's I have had. Base very similar to a normal pizza base and a great char to the crust which I love. My wife also loved her pizza calzone. We shared a burrata & pesto starter which was great and very generous in the serving of burrata. L'"encarregada" (ella mateixa no tenia clar si ho era o no i va contestar amb un "més o menys" quan li vàrem preguntar si ho era) corria pel menjador tot dient "que desastre" deixant el nivell del restaurant per terra, en general i durant tota la nit rectificava als companys de forma poc educada i amb aires de superioritat davant dels clients, molt lleig.

En marxar uns clients va fer referència a ells amb un "estos", més tard li va dir a un cambrer que els gots suposadament nets que hi ha al damunt de la taula quan arribes s'han de retirar de la taula, els va agafar ella mateixa i els va col·locar a la taula del darrere, amb un d'ells ja havíem begut vi, però ni s'ho va mirar, a saber si fa el mateix amb tots els gots de totes les taules així que millor ni els toqueu.

Quan vàrem intentar parlar amb ella per fer-li arribar aquestes observacions va respondre de males maneres i donant explicacions que no excusen en res el seu comportament poc professional.

Aquestes coses passen quan a un menjador hi tens gent sense cap mena d'experiència i menys educació, que en comptes de disculpar-se i agafar-se una crítica constructiva com una cosa amb la qual aprendre s'ho agafen com a un atac personal i a sobre et contesten de forma...
