I recently dined at Sa Fonda in Manacor, Mallorca and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The atmosphere was chic and modern, with a cozy and inviting vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch.

For our main courses, we chose the black paella and the 900 iberic cow steak, both of which were cooked to perfection and served with white rice and baked potatoes. Food was fantastic. We had the fried calamari and croquettes (mixed chicken + vegetable). We ordered the Pa Amb Oli but got the grilled chicken with cheese + veg instead. We were happy that we received the grilled chicken as we couldn't fault it. Great food, would recommend. As an apology for the incorrect order, we were given a taste of Herbes Moya (local spirit 25%) which was delicious....

Leider können wir die Bewertungen hier nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Die Bedienung war sehr durcheinander und gestresst, vielleicht war das dem vollen Laden geschuldet, ist aber dennoch kein Grund einem einfach die Rechnung hinzuwerfen ohne überhaupt zu wissen wie man zahlen möchte. Das Essen war leider sehr enttäuschend, meine Freundin hatte eine Proscuito Pizza die mehr eine riesigen Käse Pizza ähnelte an der etwas Schinken vorbei geflogen ist. Sie macht zwar satt und war lecker aber halt nicht das was bestellt wurde. Meine Wenigkeit hatte Nudeln mit Lachs und Garnelen, die Nudeln etwas fest aber verkraftbar, die Garnelen jedoch hatten eine Konsistenz von Kartoffelbrei und konnten locker mit der Zunge zerdrückt werden. Von Bissfestigkeit keine Spur. Man wird aber für sein Geld satt, sofern man tolerant ist und einen stabilen Magen hat. Zum Ambiente kann ich nur sagen das die Toiletten vor Ort denen auf einem Festival Konkurrenz machen. Alles in allem werden wir nicht...
