DinoBurger — Restaurant in Manacor

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, HAIR IN THE MEAL NOT RECOMMEND. Burger was super average, not great not terrible, but their motto "Best smash burger in Mallorca" would not be true even if they were the only burger place in Mallorca. However, what pissed me off was rude behaving of their employee. We ordered burgers without fries, my girlfriend payed and came to table. I noticed that price on the bill was higher than for 2 burgers so went to ask if there wasn't some mistake. Employee told me there are fries added on the bill. When I told we did not ordered them and mistake happened, he lashed out at us "so we shouldn't order them if we didn't want to" and "he wouldn't add them if we would not order them" and over all he was very rude. We could just agree both that mistake happened on one of our sides, it happens sometimes, and everybody could be happy. Well, he decided to explain us why we are idiots. After I found a hair in my burger, I had enough. Never again and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT THAT PLACE. I understand they are the only restaurant in the area so who is hungry have to go there, but that doesn't mean they can...

The food is tasty and I wanted to give 5 stars in this review. However I was really shocked that kids menu contained 500 ml water, which was compulsory and couldn't be replaced with 200 ml minute maid juice of probably the same cost (2 Eur). Although they had 200 ml Minute Maid juice in the fridge. I was forced to take 500 ml water x 2 times for my 2 kids. My kids didn't even touch the water bottles and I had to buy the juices separately. I really don't understand if 500 ml water and 200 ml juice is for the same rate in your own restaurant then why don't you give your customers what they want to have.

I hope this changes in the coming days. A choice between 500 ml water and 200 ml juice will be definitely appreciated by...
