We stayed in the bedroom on the right at the end of the hall (only 4 rooms), and it was lovely. Our first room on the Camino with real furniture (headboarded bed, armoire, good mattresses too) and thoughtful “local” decor (woody, nice sketches of local points of interest, all nicely framed.) Good linen: Sheets even had lace trim! Large window opened onto grapevine-covered patio and church steeple. ||Dinner was tasty (tender chicken, home-made dessert (delicious lemon cream). Ambience in dining room was upscale/cozy. Pale blue water tumblers made you feel 10 degrees cooler! Excellent and cheerful service. ||Breakfast — 2 fried eggs over easy and good thick toast/ coffee or tea and oj. Simple and quick.||Shower very small. ||Otherwise, nice...

I am having Sunday lunch in the courtyard under vines and in the shadow of the amazing church tower I walked towards for an hour on the Camino.||It’s a traditional style building with lots of charm. My Tom has huge windows overlooking the courtyard and is so much nicer than most of the traditional hotels I have stayed at on the Camino.||Staff are incredibly helpful and the younger members speak great English.
