Namaste India San Pedro - Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Marbella

We eat curry a lot so enjoy all the places on offer. We came here knowing it's been a month since they opened. The reviews say 5 star but there's not many reviews as yet so that makes sense. Restaurant nice and clean. Staff friendly but the food is not anything special compared to many others in the area. I said 'not bad' to my Mrs but that's all. It was a bit average. We were the only ones in and they forget one dish so had to wait. Massala sauce as a side with my wife's dish was 5 euro extra. The naan bread was as thin as I've ever ever seen or had and tiny. Not good at all. As thick as a popodom. Hopefully they can improve a bit to create some real interest but we won't return. Same company as mini India...

The restaurant itself was nice, with a pleasant outdoor seating area. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful – they didn’t bother us at all and provided great service. However, the big problem was the food. Honestly, it was one of the worst Indian meals I’ve ever had. Some dishes even tasted sweet, as if sugar had been added, which was very strange and unpleasant. On top of that, the prices were high but the portions were very small – not even enough to satisfy one person – and the dishes didn’t even come with rice. I cannot recommend eating here at all. Very attentive and the food was one of the best indian meals ive had at home or abroad.

Everything about this dining experience was positive and i would highly recommend anyone come visit this wonderful Gem.
