We chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, because in the past it was always good. Unfortunately, this time it turned into the worst dining experience in all my years living in Mallorca.

We waited for the food far too long. The croquettes were falling apart, the chipirones were mediocre. The “escalope” was dry and inedible (photo attached). The rodaballo, my favorite fish that I know very well, was served so small and bony that there was almost nothing to eat. Inside it was undercooked, and part of it remained untouched because it was simply impossible to eat. This felt like an insult to the customer rather than proper food.

Despite this, we did not ask for a refund, a discount or replacement dishes. We only wanted to calmly give feedback at the end, so the restaurant could improve and we could come back in the future.

Unfortunately, the conversation with the owner was even worse than the food. She constantly interrupted me, raised her voice and did not let me speak. When I tried to stop her and said: “I am not stupid, why are you speaking to me like this?”, she twisted my words and publicly claimed that I called her stupid. This was not just rudeness, but a deliberate lie and manipulation to make the client look guilty. She kept shouting, swearing “on the life of her children” and attracting attention, instead of showing respect to her guests.

In the end, the worst impression was not even the food itself, but the behavior of the owner. Instead of respect and professionalism, we received shouting, lies and humiliation.

Elegimos este restaurante para celebrar mi cumpleaños, porque en el pasado siempre fue bueno. Lamentablemente, esta vez se convirtió en la peor experiencia gastronómica en todos mis años viviendo en Mallorca.

Esperamos la comida demasiado tiempo. Las croquetas se deshacían, los chipirones eran mediocres. El “escalope” estaba seco e incomible (foto adjunta). El rodaballo, mi pescado favorito que conozco muy bien, fue servido tan pequeño y con tantas espinas que casi no había nada que comer. Por dentro estaba poco hecho, y parte quedó sin tocar porque era simplemente imposible de comer. Esto fue más una burla al cliente que un plato digno.

A pesar de eso, no pedimos devolución de dinero, ni descuento, ni cambio de platos. Solo queríamos dar una retroalimentación tranquila al final, para que el restaurante pudiera mejorar y nosotros volver en el futuro.

Desafortunadamente, la conversación con la dueña fue incluso peor que la comida. Me interrumpía constantemente, levantaba la voz y no me dejaba hablar. Cuando intenté detenerla y dije: “No soy tonta, ¿por qué me habla así?”, ella torció mis palabras y afirmó públicamente que yo la había llamado tonta. Esto no fue solo una falta de respeto, sino una mentira deliberada y manipulación para hacer quedar al cliente como culpable. Continuó gritando, jurando “por la vida de sus hijos” y atrayendo la atención, en lugar de mostrar respeto a sus clientes.

Al final, lo peor no fue la comida, sino el comportamiento de la dueña. En lugar de respeto y profesionalismo, recibimos gritos, mentiras y...

I spent 11 days on Mallorca and found myself coming back to this restaurant almost every single day – I only skipped two days, and honestly, that was a mistake! The food here is absolutely delicious – always fresh, full of flavor, and prepared with such care. The desserts are simply heavenly, the perfect way to finish every meal.

The service is just wonderful – so kind, warm, and attentive. From the very first visit I felt more like a welcomed guest than just another customer. On one occasion I tried food somewhere else, and unfortunately ended up with food poisoning… which only proved to me how safe, reliable, and high-quality the meals here are.

Our recent visit left much to be desired, despite the friendly service provided. While the staff was accommodating, the culinary experience fell short of expectations.

The Caesar salad's pre-made dressing left a less-than-pleasant taste. To our surprise, the supposed chicken component turned out to be chicken nuggets.

As a second main dish, we ordered the pork with potatoes and salad. While the meat was bland and lacking in flavor, the potato wedges seemed store-bought, failing to add any culinary appeal.

Both dishes included budget iceberg lettuce.

Same goes for the croquettes - those seemed to be store-bought too.

All in all very disappointing and especially expensivr for the seemingly low quality.

Unser Besuch ließ trotz des freundlichen Services zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl das Personal zuvorkommend war, entsprach die kulinarische Erfahrung nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Das fertige Dressing des Caesar Salats hinterließ einen unangenehmen Geschmack. Zu unserer Überraschung stellte sich das vermeintliche Hähnchen als Chicken Nuggets heraus.

Als zweites Hauptgericht bestellten wir das Schweinefleisch mit Kartoffeln und Salat. Während das Fleisch geschmacklos war, schienen die Kartoffelecken fertig gekauft zu sein.

Beide Gerichte enthielten günstigen Eisbergsalat.

Das Gleiche galt für die Kroketten - auch diese schienen fertig gekauft zu sein.

Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und besonders teuer für die scheinbar...
