Burger King — Restaurant in Mazarrón

Worst Burger King seen since many years. It started with believing it was a fake since it was extremely low rated and spelled "burger king" in small letters. But it's real: Order terminals were not working. Staff let customers try, did not put a "not working" sign there no English, not even trying, in a tourist region ordered Double Cheese Burger, got a Cheese Burger regular Coke tasting like sirup; the machine for sure was set up for too few water mix no straws and no cup covers on the floor; had to ask for some as all the others after me had to do. Staff not putting any where they belong to after lunch, tried to order ice cream and milk shake, but there was none as the machine was broken; again, so signs put on top of the products or any alternative. Altogether a sign that you can build a brand new Burger King branch, have all the standard ingredients and processes, but it's a mess if the staff is not trained and willing. No customer orientation at all. This definitely needs...

No me gusta valorar ningun establecimiento y menos negativo, pero lo ocurrido hoy en el BK mazarron ha sido un desproposito algo aberrativo abominable algo que en la vida me hubiese imaginado que pasaría... A la hora de pedir en las maquinitas del principio como casi la gran mayoria de veces se quedaba pillado no iba no funcionaba, y después de 10-15 min delante de las maquinas consigo hacer el pedido lo pago y a la hora de recogerlo no me ponen ni un MISERO NI RUIN SOBRE de ketchup cuando voy a pedirlo amablemente me dice una señorita que no, que lo tengo que pagar, porque según se ve hay una nueva pestaña que hay que tickar, le comento que ni lo he visto ni me he dado cuenta y que si hacia el favor de darme dos sobres, la señorita me dijo que no, intente hablar cn alguien que supiera entablar una conversación y que si por descuido o error no se había ticado lo que dice en la maquinita, que se hiciese el favor de poder proporcionar, con actitud déspota me dice que ella es la responsable por lo que no me queda más remedio que pedir hoja de reclamaciones cosa que según veo se pasan por lo más grande, será puesta en consumo y es para que se vea que ya a parte de una limpieza y servicios pesimos, los que aun por error seguimos yendo no nos traten de la mejor forma, espero antes de entrar allí la gente sea consciente y vayan con mucho ojo. Lamentable...

I am not a burger lover but I must say I enjoyed my crispy chicken sandwich today. We arrived at BK before 14:00 and there were not many people at the restaurant. Our order was taken by Joel, who was really kind and, guided us through the different choices available. We are our meal outdoors which looked very neat and tidy. A nice fast food...
