Terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived at 8.30pm and ordered drinks, 2 Pork Knuckles and the duck. After waiting an hour, the waitress apologetically told us she had forgot to put the order through, and told us it would be 15-20 minutes. We accepted and ordered more drinks, but these also didn't arrive after 15 mins and we had to ask again. The food eventually arrived at 10pm, only for the middle of my Pork Knuckle to be still frozen. The chips on the plate with the duck were also cold, plus the Duck was incredibly dry. We explained to the waitress the issue and explained we would be leaving without paying, which they did fully accept.
