The only good thing about this place is the alioli. The place is really really dirty, there weren’t even paper towels at the bathroom (only washed our hands, didn’t dare use the toilet) and the personnel is… nothing special. The owner invited us to see how the paella was made. Nothing special, just a dirty kitchen and an open fire, which I’m sure it’s just for show. And the worst thing? The paella was the saltiest thing we had ever eaten. And we would have not eaten that if we had not been famished. We only ate half anyway. We told the cook and he said that that’s how it should be, instead of admitting to the mistake. We ate paella in different places of Mallorca and it was never even close to that. Our throat was literally stinging from the salt, it was like drinking marine water. And it’s not cheap at all. It’s not mentioned on the menu that 20€ is the price per portion, we found out with the check. That is the price everywhere in Mallorca except for Palma’s port, so there is really no reason...

We visited for dinner and some drinks today and were met with extremely friendly staff, amazing hospitality and overall a great experience! While waiting we were served complimentary bread with olives and alioli :) Traditional paellas were incredible (we've had a seafood and vegetable option) and we were invited to the kitchen to see the process over open fire! 🥘🔥 We also had fried milk (?? 😆) and it was super tasty! Good wine and we've tried some Mallorcan traditional alcohol on the house. Overall we've had a great experience and a lot of fun and laughs, not only delicious food. Somos vecinos de Montuïri, descubrimos el lugar y a pesar de esperar muchísimo el primer dia que fuimos, cerca de hora y media (sin reserva previa) nos encantó la paella a la brasa, espectacular. Hemos vuelto hoy. Como nos recomendó el propio dueño, habiendo reservado el día antes una paella para este domingo a las 13:30. Ya no es que se hayan equivocado y que hayamos comido, con dos niños de 10 años, a las 15 de la tarde, sino con una paella puesta en el fuego 20 minutos antes de darnosla, sosa y sin acabar. Pero para más inri, el propio Miquel ha salido de la cocina para decirnos que «una hora y veinte después hay estaba la paella» con prepotencia, mala educación y culpándonos a nosotros cuando hemos llegado a las 13:20 del mediodía, diez minutos antes de la hora del encargo. Nos han servido una hora y cuarenta minutos después de la hora a la que habíamos reservado tener la paella lista el día antes. Ha dejado de mala manera la paella sobre la mesa diciendo que «aquí teniu la paella, ja vos convid jo, no es per tant que jo he esperat dues i tres hores per menjar una paella, hi ha gent que espera mes» con desden y como si no fuera para tanto y ante todos los demás clientes. Habíamos llegado los primeros y hemos comido los ultimos. Todo el mundo se equivoca, pero cometer un error, no disculparse y encima montar ese numerito, delante de todos, dice muy poco de la persona que cocina. Hará paellas buenas cuando se esmera, que las hace, yo la he probado en otra ocasión; pero no se desprecia a los clientes, se deja a niños una hora y media sin comer y se trata mal a las personas que si no hubieramos tenido paciencia y educación, no quiero pensar en como habría acabado, que es lo que se merecia. Siento rabia y tristeza por no poder volver a un sitio que esta a 500 metros de donde vivo y al que he ido en familia para pasar un domingo feliz. No te mereces lo bien que hemos hablado del restaurante otras veces ni el respeto que te hemos tenido. Vergüenza màxima. No m hi tornaràs veure ni a mi ni a la meva familia. Que et vagi molt bé. La teva dona no mereix passar la vergonya que ha passat. Nomes m ha sabut...
