On arrival Pedro greeted us with a very welcoming smile, although they were quite busy he found us a table overlooking the beach, inside. His English although limited was enough to help us choose from the menu. We had pork kebab and I had veal escalope and wow, it was one of the best meals we had enjoyed since our arrival, well cooked and well served and the bill including considerable drinks was about €46, definitely deserves another visit, keep up the good work guys and ask for a rise!! Well what a surprise, you apparently can’t write a second review, so we will continue unsurprisingly we had to make a second visit to prove the first wasn’t a fluke. IT WASN’T, a perfect meal and as previously exceptional service. BUT! I thought I would re-read some of the previous comments, and without listing the negative ones I would ask the authors a few questions. If you order a meal and expect it freshly cooked don’t expect it to be ready in 15mins, for example pork steaks take cooked in an oven approximately 40mins, in a frying pan a lot less but gently done to retain the flavours about 25mins. This same scenario goes with all food if you want it like your mama cooks, in my humble opinion if you want fast food with no taste, which puts you in another bracket of clientele then shop around. The same principle applies to cost and service. I would ask that anyone going to this restaurant goes with an open mind, adopt some patients and enjoy the experience. I also paid a visit to the kitchen and can confirm it was spotless as was the appearance of the lady chef. Well done team, I will come again hopefully...

We had calamares (the crust was soggy), the grilled shrimps was ok, could have been grilled a bit more and the tortilla de patata was barely seasoned and pretty tasteless. Not even our baby was a fan of the tortilla de patata, and at another place here he loooved the tortilla.

Ibamos tanto que los camareros nos reconocian hasta de un año para otro y nos sabiamos la carta de memoria. En algun momento dejamos de ir, tal vez fue en la pandemia, no me acuerdo bien. Este ultimo año nos hemos pasado por allí unas tres veces y ayer fue la ultima. (No se por que ninguna de las tres veces tenian croquetas 😔) la calidad de la comida bajó muchisimo, antes las patatas con queso estaban super bien fritas y muchisima salsa. Ahora tienes que rapiñar el plato para que con suerte la salsa te llegue para todas las patatas, a parte de que estaban secas. Los langostinos al ajillo nunca habia comido unos langostinos de peor calidad. La empanada de zamburiñas debia de tener una unica zamburiña y el resto todo pimiento para rellenar. Y esto no fue cosa de una vez, las 3 veces en este ultimo año todas igual. Más tarde de ir una de las veces me enteré que mientras comía allí estaban teniendo problemas con cucarachas.
