Our stay was early June 2025… The place itself sits on a BEAUTIFUL piece of land and the property at first glance seems well cared for. The service at first glance seemed great. Hospitable. However, we stayed in the cabin by the stream and my husband was eaten up by what we believe 100% to be bed bugs. Upon arriving back in the US we kept our luggage in the garage until we could properly clean the contents without contaminating our home. We have had this happen one other time and it’s a NIGHTMARE to deal with in a whole home. I needed a power cord in my bag so I went out and grabbed the small mesh bag that had my cords. A small bug jumped out. I squished it but it was still recognizable. I ChatGBT the bug possibilities and it came back with a high probability of bed bugs. This is the one location my bag was close to the bed. Something you are NEVER supposed to do. However this was at the end of our journey and I was getting tired and likely lazy. In addition to this MAJOR issue of —Bed Bugs —our room was freezing. We were never informed how to heat it. The obvious heat source was broken. There were two heaters beside the bed which I had to roll back and forth to the bathroom. —Mold exposure…I woke up feeling inflamed lungs after staying here. —Dinner…this place was a joke. Two of us ordered the pork and they brought us two beef steaks, sat them in front of us and repeated, this is the pork. The other person at our table had the steak. Which they repeated was steak. They served us ALL steak. The meal was not only sold to us as a lie but it was not good. Top it off, the waitress completely disappeared after this. We could never even say anything to her about it. The waitress was also the same woman who picked us up in town so it’s obviously a small operation. Which I would give a lot of grace for until trying to convince us red meat is pork and disappearing, the bill was almost $300US for our meals which we never saw a tab for, I only just saw it on our credit card. We did get wine that night. 2 bottles I believe. In fairness. And then of course the bed bugs.
Apparently this hotel has had issues with this in the past so I notified Santiago Ways, also I’d never use them again either. Santiago Ways has not responded.
It’s far. There’s no close by food options so you are stuck at this location for meals. It is not worth the beauty. Galicia is dripping in beauty, it’s a shame they are unable to manage their piece of it well because if they did it would have been a much much...

No aconsejo pasar ni una hora en esa habitación, la humedad no es normal. Nosotras amanecimos con el pelo mojado y resbalando por el suelo totalmente mojado.....no recomendable ni en agosto !!!!
