Restaurante El Cid — Restaurant in Onda

We had the tasting menu, which was extremely tasty and fantastic value at €30 per person. This consisted of four small starters (scallops, runny egg with wild mushroom, tuna sashimi and truffle ravioli) a choice of main course with several meat and fish options and a crep desert with chantille and warm chocolate.

Friendly atmosphere throughout the restaurant with great attention to detail.

Una gran troballa! Hi vam anar a parar per recomanació d'un veí del poble (gràcies, Jesús!) perquè si no no l'hauríem trobat, ja que està amagat dins d'un passatge comercial cobert una mica solitari. L'aspecte exterior tampoc convida gaire a entrar-hi. Les aparences enganyen, quan obres la porta tot canvia. Cambrers educats, professionals i impoluts et reben. Aparença luxosa i refinada. Tot el que vam menjar era excel.lent i preparat al nostre gust. Els plats són majoritàriament tradicionals posats al dia, aquí menges matèria prima de gran qualitat i ben cuinada amb alguna que altra floritura. Les postres també excel.lents. Fins i tot el cafè... No és barat però els preus són ajustats tenint en compte que tot el que menges es bo i de qualitat. Ho recomanaria a tothom que visiti...

Excellent restaurant...loved both my meals here. The food is delicious! Really enjoyed everything we tried, especially the paella. Also had some great wine. Service is excellent. I will go back here any chance I get when...
