Super friendly restaurant in a lovely courtyard entry. Cozy bar and excellent service. Extensive wine list. Stellar shrimp salad! Very fresh best I’ve had in Spain. Just simple iceberg dressing and tons of delicious shrimp. Tried the pate w very nice jams of apricot? Honey? With wonderful selection of toasts. My wife and i had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. The food was excellent, service good and attentive, and warm ambience, which was made special by watching other local guests enjoy themselves. Just a dinner became real hospitality.

We had an even more evocative evening the next night, attending a local Flamenco society's (members only) Flamenco performance. Recommended by our hotel but very disappointed. We ordered pork and lamb dishes and both were served with a pepper and. Potatoes. Poor presentation and very dry. It felt like we were given cafeteria food at a very high premium. When ordering a bottle of wine it was ovbious waiter and eventually manager did not know much about the wines they were selling.
