Superbusy restaurant, waited 40+ minutes for a table for lunch. I was expecting this restaurant to have a pleasant atmosphere and really good food and we were disappointed. The staff is overloaded and cannot provide good service with obviously too much to do. When our food arrived, we had no cutlery and had to sit waiting even longer. We were stuck in a small dining room area where there was only us and a table of 14 people, all of them shouting at top volume. They were having fun, obviously, but it was not pleasant for us - we couldn't hear each other over the noise. All four of us ordered from the menu del día and the food was good - not great - but no complaints, except for one of the fish dishes that was burnt on one side. The only thing that made this lunch in any way better than average was the bread - really amazingly delicious bread. All in all it was a disappointing lunch visit and I doubt...

Popular roadside restaurante which is in need of refurbishment. Menu is ok but nothing special. Generous sized Tortilla served cold in a very small plate when it tastes better warmed up. Grilled fish with boiled potatoes was ok but could be served warmer. House red wine was good although with tempranillo grape not very Ribeiro. Desserts were ok. Service was good. Think place has seen better days and standards have dropped.

P.S. I've upgraded my rating to 4* as on my second visit the Menu was better with no complaints. Good home cooked food from broth to fried squid to flan desert. Service was excellent and Patricia smiles all the time and speaks...

Hemos ido a comer dos personas. Hemos comido de menú. En el primer plato había siete para elegir así como otros tantos d segundo. D primero elegimos unos espárragos gratinados. Llevaban espárragos trigueros, espárragos normales, huevo y taquitos de jamon y todo en una cazuela gratinado. Además ,pedimos también d primero un revuelto pero de bacalao. Típico revuelto. Los segundos platos fueron unas xoubas q venían acompañadas por unas patatas cocidas y unos pimientos verdes. Muy bueno. También d segundo,yo pedí unas carrilleras. Venían acompañadas d unas patatas cocidas. Muy bien. Toda la comida es comida típica de Galicia, comida q sencilla q encuentras en cualquier restaurante e ,incluso, en cualquier casa. Un ejemplo: las carrilleras es algo típico y q yo he comido muchas veces en Coruña. Las q comí hoy estaban tiernas,muy bien cocinadas hasta el punto d q se deshacían en la boca. Comida sencilla pero excelentemente cocinada,muy rica.Es un restaurante q no pretende ser pretencioso, q no pretende ser lo q no es. Es un restaurante familiar, con comida típica gallega ,comida sencilla pero muy bien cocinada. Y ahí radica su éxito ( muchísima gente todos los días). Una mención al pan. Sí te gusta mojar en salsas con un Buenísimo pan quedarás contentísimo!! El postre,flan casero. Riquísimo! Si hay q poner alguna pega sería q la comida viene algo escaso d sal y el flan apenas traía caramelo. En cuanto al trato,decir q son atentos,deligentes... El coste fué de 10€ por persona.
