Burger King — Restaurant in Pájara

I would like to state that despite the negative reviews I have seen, I am the type of person who love to explore different burger kings in different countries.

The pricing here is quite cheap than back home in the UK which was amazing and for the large combo as well I was very impressed with this.

The Kiosk is very language inclusive to German English and Spanish of course and what was impressive is that instead of wasting paper on receipts they let you scan a QR code for you receipt and on it is information if you want to have an emailed copy of what your purchase. Overall on the ordering part very impressive.

Now the food , it was served to me by one of the servers, a very polite woman, and presentation wise like felt like it was more cleaner than what you would normally expect from fast food.

I had the large long chicken combo, so let’s talk about that: The fries were not only fresh but they were perfectly salted , I have places where they would cake it in salt here was not the case

The long chicken burger was just amazing and filling and mayo was even so much better here than in the uk, the chicken was just juicy and tasty, simple yet delicious, the combo overall was very filling.

Awful experience in this restaurant. The food was average (as expected for a fast food chain) but the customer service was terrible. From walking through the door it took around 40 mins for us to actually pay and have our food served to us, which is something that you don't expect to happen at a 'fast food' restaurant.

It also became obvious that they would take more interest in their Spanish customers, as we queued to pay we were ignored and the Spanish family behind us were served first. Of course I'm aware that there is that language barrier between the two but that shouldn't mean that the staff should be ignorant and rude.

Would not recommend this burger king to any...

Terrible staff! We stopped at the drive-in couple days ago to get milk shakes. We don't speak Spanish, so we asked whether we can speak English. No reply. So we drove from the pole with microphone to the window. We asked some younger guy whether he can take our order in English and he called some other guy to talk to us. He came to the window and yelled at us to go back to the pole with microphone. I told him, that thanks to the poor sound quality, we don't understand each other and I asked him politely to take our order. He yelled at me again to go back to the microphone. I asked him to call me manager and he just closed the window and walked away. We are not coming...
