NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND EFFORT! This is the worst restaurant experience we ever had. I invited my family to a 'nice asian buffet' on our last day of vacation in Mallorca. We chose to go here even if it is out of the way bec of the good reviews, but now I doubt if they are all legit.

We arrived before 2pm for lunch today. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic. It was not full but we were there for a little over an hour and there were already 3x crushed glasses on the floor.

We took food from the 'plancha' section which is like the Monogolian grill version in other asian buffet. There were seafood, meat and some veggies. On the same cold section, there were also different types of mushrooms which i put on my plate together with the meat and seafood i chose for the grill. On the grill counter there were no sauces but just some lemon, rock salt and chilli oil. I put rock salt on mine. I assume that we can use everything that is there. We have been to so many asian buffets with the same concept so i that should be just common sense. There were no signs whatsoever what we can and can not put for the grill.

When it is my plates turn to grill, the chef got furious, screaming and saying bad words in catalan/spanish. He was so angry that i put rock salt and the mushrooms. He shoved my plate that the some of the contents fell outside of the plate. He grab the food that fell with his hands put it back on and removed the items that he didn't like on my plate and throw it away WITH HIS BARE HANDS! WHILE SCREAMING AT ME IN CATALAN! It was sooo humiliating! Not to mention he was sweating and wipe his sweat with the same hands he put on my food and used to grab the other people's plate!

I went back to the table and didn't told my husband about the incident bec I don't wanna ruin the lunch. I thought that since he is 'a white man' he will be treated better than what I got. Unfortunately, he also had the same experience. Worst is the meat from the grill he got is raw!

There is the 'asado' area of the grill which seems to have the argentinian bbq meat. You can not access the area to get meat but there is barely nobody there to give to the customers.

We were so dissappointed with the whole experience. We lost our appetite and just left.

A special restaurant where one enjoys unlimited buffet. One can also choose unprepared meats and the staff is ready to prepare barbecue in about 5 minutes. The cost for unlimited buffet for about 4 hours is 18.50 euros during weekend but this excludes drinks and water. There is a play centre for children which inside the restaurant. It’s a good and convenient place to go with family especially when celebrating things like birthdays. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The experience was great! My family and I went here to celebrate a birthday and the food was good, the staff were amazing and very friendly. It was also a plus that there’s a small play area in the corner that the kids were able to play while the adults are talking and eating at the same time. The place is so clean so as the bathroom. We went here on a Tuesday and it can be different during the weekends I guess. Will definitely come back!
