Pizzeria Brasería Niff Niff — Restaurant in Pals

we were there last Saturday for lunch. we were assigned a table and stayed there until it started to get VERY hot, it being 2:00 PM outside. we asked the waiter several times to turn on a fan for us, having a baby who was only a year old with us. he turned it on for us after we asked him for the 3rd time, then it turned off. we went back for the 4th time to their manager (identified by different clothing and a very "different" spirit, let's say). she told me “ok”, but nothing changed. 20 minutes later, we were there with the same problem. The lady had meanwhile passed by our table and back again, with a hesitant look, she didn't bother to tell us why that air couldn't be opened or even the one behind us. Another ten minutes later, I stood up and respectfully asked her to provide feedback or understanding to her customers next time when they ask something. FEEDBACK is important, right? even if what we ask for cannot be fulfilled for various reasons! she told me that it's just busy and can't handle it. can't you handle coming back and saying if it's possible or not and why not? for a 100€ meal i think it would have been worth it. zero staff and service. i'll leave a picture...

The waiter seemed to think he was participating in a sprint race rather than serving customers. Before I could even open my menu, I was overwhelmed by a whirlwind of plates and cutlery. And the food itself? Well, let's say 'not quite right' is an understatement. The pizza looked like something straight out of a school cafeteria - rubbery crust, mysterious-looking sauce, and toppings that seemed to take on a life of their own. So if you like the feeling of being in a hurry and have an adventurous stomach, pizzeria Nif Nif Platje de Pals is definitely the place for you. However, for those of us who prefer flavorful food and a relaxed meal, we recommend trying another pizzeria. Somewhere where they understand that quality is more important...

If McDonald's is your favorite restaurant and you want a have quick boring pizza, this is your place! If you want to eat tasteful, cozy and relaxed, please go somewhere else.

We were served the starters at the same time as the main course. When we complained to the waitress about it, she indicated that this can happen because "we work as hard and fast as we can". She said; "you sit down, you order, you eat quickly, pay and then leave." It's just fastfood pizza like Pizza Hut, Telepizza, Dominos's etc...

If you like really good pizza, go across the street to Titus Pizza. We had a very tasteful pizza...
