I just had one of the best pizza experiences in a long time! The quality of the pizza here is top-tier. The base was cooked to perfection with that authentic, slightly crispy texture you only get from a proper pizza oven. The toppings were fresh and delicious. I have to give a special mention to the service. We had barely settled in our chairs before our steaming hot pizzas arrived at the table. It's clear their efficient oven plays a big role in this, and it makes a huge difference. Considering the high quality of the food and the excellent, speedy service, the prices are more than fair. Fa anys que en sóc client. Les pizzes estan molt bones i a un preu adient. No obstant, i em sap greu, avui hem tingut un incident força desagradable amb la cambrera, que ha estat molt maleducada.

He anat amb la meva germana i les seves amigues (totes menors) al restaurant. A l’hora de pagar, han obtat per pagar cadascú la seva part ja que elles, malgrat disposar de targeta, no poden tenir pas bizum, i això complica fer després comptes entre elles.

La cambrera s’ho ha pres malament i no ha tingut cap problema en demostrar-ho. Li he demanat de bon rollo que fes una excepció (intentant treure ferro a la situació) i ha proseguit amb el mateix to dient preguntant si havia d’anar fent excepcions amb tothom i no sé què més.

Ha acabat cedint però al començar a cobrar, enmig del silenci tens, ha dit: “Ho sento però no em crec que no tingueu bizum”. En aquest moment ja l’he hagut de tallar ja que el comentari m’ha semblat de molt mal gust. Et pregunto: insinues a molts dels teus clients que et menteixen? Pagava la pena la teva actitut pels dos minuts que t’hem fet “perdre”?

Hi tornaré ja que tothom mereix una segona oportunitat però he quedta força decebut. I repeteixo, el menjar i el tracte fins ara havien estat genials, però situacions com aquestes fan...

We have been here twice this week of our holiday because we loved it. The waiting staff and owner are so friendly and efficient.
