To begin with, we sit down, a not-so-nice young waitress arrives and asks us if we want a tapa of ham and cheese while the food arrives. Since tapas are FREE in Granada, we say yes. The result is a plate of ham and a plate of cheese, and guess what, when we look at the bill the plate of ham is worth almost €20. Now at home I look at the menu in more detail and it turns out that there are two types of ham, one a little cheaper and this one expensive, obviously they gave us the expensive one without asking first.

She also told us when we asked for some crumbs and blood sausage that if we didn't want something as a starter, a salad, for example, and I told her no, that it was a lot of food and that my father was a farmer, so I eat a lot of salads already. The girl left before I finished speaking, and it was a very short sentence. ABSOLUTE LACK OF RESPECT. The plate of blood sausage arrives and there are 6 tiny pieces and what fills the plate is poor-style potatoes and the damn salad that I SAID I DIDN'T WANT. It is just incredible that you fill the plates with cheap things that we didn’t ask for and make us pay for them like if that pure gold.

In conclusion, I have paid €32 for a soft drink, the most expensive “tapas” (to name them somehow) of my life and for food that I have not ordered. And by the way, the flavor, meh.

I cannot reiterate enough, the previous comments made about poor service and bullish attitude of the staff. Once we where shown to a table, the waitress would not leave us alone to peruse the menus and as our Spanish is very limited, the menus where difficult to understand. The waitress was helpful in translating the content, in broken english, ( still better than my Spanish!!). She tried to upsell everything, suggesting one of each item wouldn't be enough. She also seemed desperate for us to have 3 courses. The food, when it arrived, was tasty, but certainly not worth the price that we paid. A chicken leg at 15.50 euros. "Poor man's Potatoes", (definitely not!) at 15.75 euros. To add insult they even charged for the picos and bread roll. At 65 euros for lunch for two, I consider this to be extortionate. I agree with previous comments that they pray on the tourist, who has little Spanish language skills and use the fact they are one the first restaraunts you arrive at in Pampanierra. I wish I had read the reviews before sitting down. Dine here...

No puedo dejar pasar ni un día en contar mi experiencia , aun desafiando la amenaza que me ha proferido la persona que me ha atendido en este lugar, que si ponía la reseña me iba a contestar desmintiendome. Nada mas sentarnos en la mesa y traernos la carta ha venido esta sra. 2 veces seguidas a preguntarnos si teniamos claro que ibamos a pedir. Se ve que tenia mucha prisa por servirnos rapido y dejar la mesa libre. Hemos pedido de primero una ensalada para compartir y como plato principal unas migas mi marido y yo un plato alpujarreño. En todo restaurante te sirven primero la ensalada y una vez terminada te sirven el plato principal. Pues aquí no. Ha traido la ensalada al instante y al minuto el plato alpujarreño. Con lo que se me ha enfriado claro está... Pero digo yo que como lo han cocinado tan rapido? Un plato que llevaba chorizo, morcilla, patatas a lo pobre, una costilla... claramente no estaba hecho en el momento y casi que me atrevo a afirmar que ni de hoy por lo que diré a continuación. Las migas vinieron a continuación con los mismos ingredientes que el plato alpujarreño ( chorizo, morcilla...) también al instante. Esto si que es tener suerte, que rápido que nos están atendiendo.... Lo mejor ha sido cuando nos hemos le levantado para ir al baño. Hemos entrado al restaurante ( ya que estábamos comiendo en la terraza) y no había olor a comida dentro del restaurante y en la cocina no había ajetreo de estar guisando nadie. Ni olor ni humo....muy raro todo. Tras venir esta sra. otras dos veces a preguntarnos si queríamos cafe o algo mas (con la clara intención que dejáramos la mesa libre) y observar que a los comensales de la mesa de al lado que habían pedido choto, migas.... que también se lo han servido al instante, me he decidido a comentarle con mucha educación, (la que esta sra. no ha tenido conmigo), que la comida no nos había gustado pq era recalentada y no hecha en el momento. Me lo ha negado profiriendome la amenaza que "no me iba a consentir que yo dijera que la comida era recalentada Pero es que a mi siguen sin cuadrarme los tiempos. Me sigo preguntando como se pueden guisar tantas cosas en 2 minutos si no es recalentando un plato que se guiso ayer, antes de ayer o hace 10 horas... No contenta con intimidarme diciendome y repitiéndome que no me consentia que dijera que la comida no estaba guisada en el momento ha traídoo a una chica y le ha dicho "dile a esta sra. que no le ha gustado tu comida que la has guisado tu y que llevas en la cocina friendo patatas desde las 11 de la mañana". Ahi ya ante semejante barbaridad y surrealismo y sin dejar esta sra. de repetirme hasta la,saciedad que no me consentia que dijera que su comida estaba recalentada, le hemos pagado y nos hemos marchado no sin antes decirle que iba a poner esta reseña y ella decirme que me iba a contestar. El interes que me mueve es solo dejar constancia de lo mal que nos hemos sentido tanto pq es la primera vez que en un restaurante a la carta nos pasa algo así como lo mal que nos hemos sentido por como nos ha tratado esta sra. Nunca me han tratado tan mal en ningún...
