This hotel is below average. Internet was very slow and did not work in our computers (see details below), so do not stay here if you have to work!! Some lights in the room were not working and there was nowhere to hang towels. Bathroom was very simple and cleaning was average. You could feel bed springs in your back when trying to sleep. So much noise from the restaurant downstairs. Noise from other rooms and plumbing noise. The hotel is in the road to Granada (30 min drive to Granada). It has a free parking in front of the hotel. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and there is another restaurant in the neighborhood.||||We had a very uncomfortable situation. We could not access internet in our computers, I am sure that poor configuration of their router was the problem because we have been to many hotels in this trip and were able to access internet in ALL hotels.(As a suggestion to the hotel, please update internet configuration to be compatible with latest windows and all browsers). I contacted the staff about the problem and the staff behavior in this situation was very uncomfortable, one of them was talking to the manager behind my back that for other people internet worked and for us it doesn't, as if this was our fault!!. Absolutely unprofessional! Manager restarted the modem but it did not work and she did nothing else to try to solve...
Read moreConveniently located just off the motorway, this is a good place for an overnight stopover. Hotel is well decorated and clean and our room was a good size, although basic. However what let this hotel down as the shower in the bathroom. In fact we couldn´t use the shower as the connection tap to switch between the water flowing into the bath and up into the shower was broken. To make matters worse the water only dribbled very, very slowly into the bath and the bath was too small for my husband to use.||||On the upside we had a good pizza in the restaurant and also a...
Read moreRuido.
